LSU Dairy Science Club

I originally joined the Dairy Science Club because my friend was in it and their club shirts said "LSU Udder Tuggers," which I thought was hilarious! I was apprehensive about joining a club that was so removed from my major, but I ended up loving it! My grandpa was a cattle farmer, so I really felt a strong connection to a lot of the members' strong passion for agriculture. I got to experience so many things that put me out of my comfort zone and helped me to learn about diary and dairy production. I had so much fun participating in the club and got to meet so many great people!
