Catholic Leadership Encounter

Catholic Leadership Encounter is a leadership program that takes place in Estes Park, Colorado at YMCA of the Rockies. It has been a huge part of my life for the past 5 years. My CLE journey began the year before my senior year of high school, when I was a participant in the program. The experience was amazing and instrumental in forming my leadership skills. The following year, I was approached by the program's director to return as a Counselor In Training. After spending a year as a CIT, I have worked as a staff member ever since. In that time, I have also served as the Social Media Manager and have now transitioned to a role as Operations Coordinator.
